The top IC of the 96×64 COG Display Character Module is ST7567A. The backlight uses two LEDs connected in parallel, the driving voltage is 3V, the driving current is 30mA, and a 4-wire SPI serial interface is used. Working temperature: -20℃∽+70℃, storage temperature: -30℃∽+80℃.
