The driver IC of the 64×64 COG Display Character Module is ST7567A, which uses a 4-wire SPI interface. The backlight uses two LED lamp beads connected in parallel, with a driving voltage of 3V and a driving current of 30mA. Working temperature: -20℃∽+70℃, storage temperature: -30℃∽+80℃.
