The driver IC of 64×32 character lcd module is ST7567, which adopts 4-wire SPI interface. The backlight adopts an LED light, the working voltage is 3V, and the working current is 20mA. It can display 32*64 dot matrix monochrome pictures, or other less than 32*64 dot matrix monochrome picture. Working temperature: -20°C – 70°C, storage temperature: -30°C – 80°C.
