The driver IC of the 128×128 COG display character module is ST7571, which supports 4-wire SPI serial port. The backlight uses two LED lamp beads connected in parallel, the working voltage is 3V, the working current is 30mA, and the power consumption of the module is less than 100mW. Working temperature: -20°C – 70°C, storage temperature: -30°C – 80°C, the module has high reliability.
